The having and supporting a guild should be the pinnacle of adventuring on LoA. DM driven quests, adventure, custom made items and armors to represent that guild along with guild houses all in the future works for LoA.

Because of this, requirements will be set that must be maintained by the guilds. This is to help justify the massive amount of work needed to bring the perks to the guilds.

-Guild Leader must be an active member of LoA and be in good standing with the Staff.

-Guild Leader must submit their Codex and contain the following to have the guild considered for approval:

Background story
Rules within the guild
Focus of the guild (pvp, pve, raids, rp, etc)
Requirements to join (alignment/class/race restrictions, etc)
Where does the guild stand with current guilds or factions within LOA (NPC or PC)
Positions and titles available

-Must have at least 4 active members. The guild leader is responsible overall for maintaining their rosters. If they find a member is not active, they will need to drop them into an inactive status on their rosters.

-Guilds will not be dropped due to inactive members unless the guild is found to be inactive. The guild leader being active and everyone else inactive does not count. Cannot be a leader if no one to lead.

-Players cannot be a member of multiple guilds with multiple characters. One account(s) one guild.

-To qualify for future benefits, the guild must be in good active standing with the server, plus quests and paying of in game gold will be required in order to receive said benefits. These benefits will NOT provide an unfair advantage in combat. They may make things easier for future events, but will never give an edge over another player in combat, except they may look cooler doing it.

-As said before, guild leaders are to be found responsible for their members, actions and standings. If a member is violating server rules and that guild leader takes no action, that will reflect on the guild as a whole. If it is found that multiple members are caught exploiting or violating server rules, then that may be associate with the guild and action may be taken.

those requirements are not needed to add  a guild name to your player ,
one or two of you can add tags , while recruiting others,
that above will be required before you ask  for guild house  or custom gear . ect ..
